Received a damaged item and returned it according to Walmart's instructions. After receiving my return and processing the refund, TWO WEEKS LATER they claimed they received a "different item" from the damaged LP they sent us. They then charged us again without explain WHAT was different in the return? This makes no sense and they will not refund my money online. They told me to open a dispute with the credit card company! Why won't they tell me what was wrong?? Now I have NO LP (I bought one at my local Target instead) and am out almost $30!! BEWARE!
