The delivery was right on time and updates were so helpful. The quality of the TV is an excellent value.
Chris was very helpful and patient. She was very professional and she got my tv started. I have a 5star ecause of these reasons, especially for being professional and knowing her job.
At first, I didn't like that this TV works on my WiFi because of summer storms, WiFi constantly goes down. The storms have started and I have found that it is easy to restart the tv. The picture is the sharpest of all TV's i have ever had. The sound is great. I have grown to really like this TV.
So far this tv is awesome! I love having an android smart tv with builtin Google play. my previous tv was a smart TV with built in apps
We purchased this TV for our RV. It is lightweight and has a great picture. We particularly like the Smart features.

Has its own bluetooth and 2band wifi plus a ethernet plug in. Rca and hdmi connections. Remote is missing numbers but it has a button to bring up digital numbers. Mic on remote works well.
The picture on the TV is amazing the only one drawback that I didn't know is you cannot get Spectrum on it.
We replaced a Roku TV in our bedroom with this set because it is about the only 32" TV with the Android operating system. We have an Android Sony in our main room and love the way it works. This set did not disappoint. Setup was easy, picture is excellent for a 720p set, and the sound is better than one would expect. We found no need for a soundbar, but again, it is just a bedroom TV. The Android software works smoothly and gives us access to any streaming app we want. The remote is not entirely intuitive, as others have mentioned, as many buttons have dual functions depending on the mode your are in. After playing around with it a few times, I found it does everything you would expect. For instance, one reviewer mentioned that it doesn't have a previous channel button, but I discovered that the 'back' button will give you previous channel when you are watching on-air TV. And if you don't want to experiment and discover, you can always use voice command to get what you want. I took off 1 star because the manual does not describe the full functionality of the remote, but otherwise it is a great value.
