Ordered for a bedroom TV. Excellent color separation and very easy to adjust. Simple to load apps for use with Roku feature. Sound is very slightly off, however, easily corrected with a sound bar. Simple to wall mount. Much better than my Samsung which was much more expensive!
Cord is permanent and to short. I do a media center with 4 TCL ROKU's. I usually replace the cord with a 10' 2 prong to give flexibility. Had to buy an extension cord for this one. Make cords replaceable like prior TCL ROKU's.
This is Sharp, great contrast, and makes a fantastic monitor. I bought a second one! The only downside is I have to select an input every time I turn it on.
Lightweight with a super-sharp picture, this set is an excellent value, and it’s made for those who want to ditch their cable service. All you need is Wi-Fi to access a slew of free streaming TV channels and premium services via Roku, which is built into this TV’s memory.
Smaller version of 55 in TCL in the living room. Same menu, same account makes setup easy. Fits perfectly in kids room and price is great for 1080p 32 inch size. Connects easy and has plenty of plugs like the bigger one in the back. Not much to complain about in my opinion.
Love to locate a Smart TV that fits perfectly on the table in my bedroom. The cost was less than I expected and has a perfect picture great sound etc. I could not be more pleased.
I like the tv. The problem was with Walmart. I drove an hour to buy this TV. I bought it with their app and had to go to their pickup area. Their policy is no contact so the worker just put in my trunk. It was supposed to be a new tv but when I got home I could tell the box had been retaped , there was no plastic film on the TV, finger prints were all over it and it had a receipt taped to it saying it was reaturned because of damage. I messaged them with the problem and I received I reply blaming the returns department and said I could return it and that’s the last I heard from them DO NOT TRUST WM PICKUP!
I bought this tv for my mother for her birthday. When she opened it and plugged the tv in it was cracked like the picture shows. I tried to return it, but the return window had expired. I called Walmart and they said there was nothing they could do.
My TV was under A LOT off other packages in the delivery drives trunk.. the box was damaged when she finally bought it to my door..pictured below..when I plugged the TV in the screen was broken and the TV unusable also pictured below.
I never got my orders. I had Walmart deliver the item to my freight forwarder, but it came with a photo of the door instead of the item, which was a red flag. It was December, so I gave my handler time to process all of their packages during the busy Christmas season. I checked in January and they still hadn't received my packages. I trust my freight forwarder because they have been doing excellent business for over 15 years. I phoned Walmart customer service and had the worst customer service ever, with the final person I spoke with repeatedly informing me, like a robot, that there was nothing they could do because a picture on file indicated that it had been delivered. This has been a wake-up call for me, because I had previously heard stories about Walmart's terrible mistakes but had given them the benefit of the doubt, and if this is how Walmart treats customers it's all downhill from here. Negative 5 stars.
