I got the part and the connector that connects to it was ripped off so I called them no questions asked they sent me another one in 2 days I would order again from them their service is great
NEVER buy a glass kit without a preinstalled button like this kit. I tried a more expensive kit first from eBay without the button and the video they supplied never showed how to move the button. After several tries to get the button to work I gave up and bought this one. EASY AS PI The repair went very smoothly and the new glue on the glass sealed perfectly. VERY happy camper now.

Worked amazing!!! Found a tutorial on you tube and everything works great!!!! Only con is no directions but I figured it out and both my kids are no longer getting shards of glass in their fingers!!
I was very surprised how easy this was. I wasn't about to spend $130 for someone else to do it when the iPad alone was $120 dollars. I was extremely worried about messing something up. I watched a couple different videos on YouTube and was easy!

Easy to install, comes completely with all the tools and materials.
All the parts were great. Had to look up on the internet how to install. All went well.
First off, it is slightly too small, even though it says it's for my model, there was about a 1mm gap at the bottom. Since the case for my daughter would cover it, I tested it out and it worked fine, so I figured might as well use it and stuck it on for good. Worked great for about 2 days, then one side of the digitizer stopped working. Checked all connections and everything is fine. I would spend $15-$20 more and get a higher quality screen.
I brought this item and once I installed it everthingworked fine. The next day the home button stop working the screen went crazy. Not responding to touching.
