my silver dollar really like these kind and they grew much larger then before! i really reccomend this product to any one,
I use these regularly in both my freshwater and saltwater tanks and have had no issues with them.
I used one of these tabs in my fishtank and it immediately started to dissolve almost like an Alka Seltzer tablet (minus the fizz). It dropped tiny bits very rapidly and the fish could not keep up with the mess it was creating. I didn't leave it in my tank for more than 30 seconds before I had to get it out before it completely destroyed the clarity of my tank. I thought perhaps it was just too much food for my fish to handle and gave it to a friend to use in her tank which had more fish in it. She placed it in the tank and over the weekend it turned the water the color of the tablet. Her fish loved it (mine did not care for it much at all) and gobbled as much as they could, but it seems like there was so much just falling straight into the gravel, there was no chance it would be ok. I would not recommend this product.
