Tropical fish like it and the crisp keep the water cleaner if the fish are not over fed.
I have used this crisp since the 90s due to my medium sized African cichlids liking it. It is a decent staple I use in between frozen and other pellet foods. My fish usually don't like the red crisps as well as the others. The protein content is higher than some other brands but seems to be lacking in other departments such as omega 3 and 6 while having some less desirable ingredients.
