Ive been using it about 4x a week for the past 3 yrs. Its great. A little tip: tape where it connects together with electrical tape so when you slide it around the yard it doesn't come apart. Ive been using it since I was 300lbs and I have had no issues.
I'm very happy with this purchase. I bought this for my boyfriend about 3 weeks ago. Hammock stands in general are overpriced, but this was the least expensive one I could find and it works wonderfully. Setup was easy; I was able to put it together by myself without using any tools. It takes about 5 minutes to set up or breakdown. We break it down and put it in the shed after use to protect it from nasty weather. The box says 500lb capacity, so the stand is able to support both of us. The hammock we have is about 8feet long, which was a bit short for this stand. We used webbing and carabiners to make up the difference. It allows us to enjoy a nice day outside.
Too small for the hammock and will not sit flat on the ground.
Does not stay together. If moved, it falls apart. If parallel with the slightest downslope, you will fall over and cause injuries. Would never recommend this.
