Ordered green chives, received brown chives. I don't know what kind of people do the shopping but they should consider what they would be willing to buy to feed their family and use the same thought when choosing food for mine.
water logged wilted does not look fresh
I prefer to normally post only positive reviews, but here we are. The 1-star review is not for the product itself, but more for quality control and customer service when I order delivery. Lately, when I order certain items, they arrive damaged, crushed, rotten sometimes leaking. Unusable. Previously when I initiated a return Walmart would just handle it, and I didn't need to return the item to the store. The dollar amount would be credited. Yesterday (4/3) I received this item in damaged (rotten) condition and threw it away. When I initiated the return, Walmart now insists I bring it to the store. I'm not bringing things back to the store if I ordered delivery and tipped the driver. That defeats the purpose of delivery service, as I could have gone to the store in the first place. Lesson learned, rethinking using delivery or any of their services. They also make it difficult if not impossible to ever reach a human customer service agent, so I've decided I can live without Walmart.
The herbs were wilted and brown and clearly not fresh. Tried requesting a refund but I'm not driving all the way back to the store to bring them in for a refund. Just credit me the $1.98 and train shoppers how to pick fresh herbs. Come on.
Dried out, should have gone in the store to pick out fresh ones.
Item is clearly no longer good; stinks.
