I think theraflu tastes good and is easy to take because it does not have a bad medicine taste it is a lemon flavored and very good. It works really well at keeping the symptoms away for good. It seemed to shorten the length of my cold as well but I can't be 100 percent certain. I can tell you, that it works great and tastes good and really got me through the worst of my cold so I could still do everything I have to do without the symptoms of my cold keeping me down. Just recently I had a nagging cough & congestion with a headache and all round 'blah' feeling. What I thought were really aggressive allergies turned out to be a nasty summer cold. So I popped open the box of Theraflu Severe Cold & Cough and made a hot cup of "go away cold!". I generally shy away from things you dissolve in liquid and drink but to my surprise this was pretty decent. It smelled very pleasant and tasted like a watered down cup of hot lemon tea. If your going to have to drink medicine, this is better than just tolerable. And more importantly it worked! Within 30 minutes I could feel the cough lessening and the congestion/headache starting to loosen. It helped me sleep soundly as well. And bonus- no next morning "hangover" feeling that I often get with cold medicines. Definitely a win for me. I've tried TheraFlu many many times before and have had very mixed feelings on it. The regular version actually makes me sleepy so I was worried I'd be zombielike with the night time version. I used the Honey Lemon one this time and LOVED IT! First of all I was sick...I mean real sick! Runny nose, sore throat, the whole shebang! I added some extra honey and lemon to my cup and sucked this stuff down and within 30 minutes I was feeling so good and relaxed that I drifted off into the most delectable sleep I've had in a loooooong time. When I woke up, I felt excellent! I was able to get up, shower and head to work instead of initially getting ready to call in lol. Thank you TheraFlu!!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Theraflu has three flavors honey , lemon , and chamomile when I first open one of pouches u could smell the lemon more then the other flavors the color of the powder look like white with yellow once I ported the powder on my cup of hot water I mix it until the powder dissolve it didn't take to long to dissolve it smell so good u could smell more the lemon then the chamomile and the honey but once I taste it taste so good u could taste the lemon the chamomile and the sweetness of the honey I thought it was going to taste so good because usually medicine don't taste so good when u trying to feel a relief of a cough but OMG this taste so good and it did help with my cough this going to be my favorite medicine tea .

The packets dissolve very quickly. The next thing I love about these packets is how well they help relieve my congestion. I had gotten a cough and after taking one of these packets, I could feel almost no heaviness in my chest. I could tell my congestion had practically been resolved! The next thing I love about this product is how nice it smells when it's dissolved. It smells like tea with lemon. The taste of this product is also pretty decent, considering that it's a cough relief product. There honestly isn't anything I dislike about this product. I used this every night for 6 days when I was sick with a cough, and this made me feel so much better. I'm honestly not a fan of any remedies that include mixing packets in luquid, but TheraFlu Severe Cold & Cough might be my exception! I felt my annual "summer cold" coming on, so I prepared a packet while getting ready to wind down for the evening. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Helped with my cough. The honey lemon flavor is ok but I think it's because my taste buds are a bit off. I would recommend this to someone with a persistent cough. Also my husband liked the smell of the tea so that's a plus
I had a pretty good cough so I tried this product out. You have to empty the contents (powder) into a glass of hot water. I noticed that even after thoroughly stirring the powder into the water that a good portion of it sits at the bottom of the glass and doesn't dissolve. The flavor (honey lemon) is accurate and tastes pretty good. Not too strong. Of course, that may be because so much of it was stuck to the bottom of the glass. It did seem to make my cough go away so that was a plus. I didn't seem to become sleepy, despite it being a "nighttime" product. I would like to try this powder out the next time I have a bad cold.
