Nothing else works except these.I love them .Would recommend these to everyone and have
Broke 4 ribs just before travelling to Europe for 8 weeks last year. Carting luggage etc and overadjusting for rib pain caused a lot of pain in lower back. These worn during the day made the process much easier to deal with. Only issue is hard to get in Australia.
I am a tall person and dont bend correctly. After vacuuming for 30 minutes, I bent at the waist to pull my trainers on to go out. As I straightened up, I felt my back go ping, ping in two places and fell to the floor. After 90 minutes on my back, I was totally unable to move. Anyway, I was helped up and used my arms to move/carry myself around. After a nights sleep I found I was much better and improved daily. After a week I still have soreness/feel tingles in my lower back. I was given a back belt and didnt think it would help much, but after 3.5 hrs wearing it, I have to say it is amazing. Every time I lean back in my office chair, I feel a real hot warmth - almost like hot teabags - not hot enough to burn, but hot! its lovely and feels very soothing on my back. This is a miraculous piece of kit!
I have used therma care for neck pain, knee pain, and sciatica... Also on my lower back to keep me warm when I have to be outdoors in the cold. Absolutely eases my pain and comfort's and soothes tight sore muscles and It almost always last longer than I need...

I saw this product in the store and thought i would give it a try. So very glad i did! As a mom i do not have much down time to just sit with a heating pad to help relieve my back pain. When i tried this wrap i knew i could never be without it! The warming is so relaxing on my back and works amazing! This is a new staple in my household. Thank you Thermacare
Lower back was hurting quite a bit.... I was sceptical but my daughter bought me one. I used it and within an hour I could move again. Only been using it for a couple hours so can't comment on if it gives 16 hours of relief. Right now I'm just happy about the 2 :)
I love all the heat wraps. It is the only one that works for me. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that I would really like to have the adhesive all along the pad or even around the whole outer edge instead of on just the two ends on the neck wraps. I find that when adhering it to myself, I'm stretching and reaching to get the pad where I need it and it feels tight but once in a resting position, it isn't tight at all and the middle, where the heat is, doesn't touch my skin unless I'm lying on it or wearing a tight shirt. I would also like to see a larger pad that would adhere between the shoulder blades.
This sooo expensive and it only got hot for few seconds then nothing!!
So cheaply made. The Velcro or what ever it is made of is so cheap I had to tie the stupid thing in knot to keep it from coming off. The heat was pathetic in one box of them and the other burned my skin. I wil be posting this everywhere I can. ThermaCare is JUNK
