The adhesive doesn't stick very well. Had it on for 5 minutes and it fell off. Was supposed to be a bonus 5 pack but was on a 4 pack.
would work if they stuck to your skin.
Was slightly disappointed by this patch. It did not get very warm/hot. When placed in my painful areas i attempted to compress it with something tight to hold against my back..however that still made no difference. I even tried using a heating pad on low and that didnt help either..so i stuck to my heating pad
