Had good experience with a previous Thinkware dash cam so it wasn't hard to decide to purchase the U3000. They make good products.
Switch from u1000 to you u3000. 100% satisfy definitely was worth the switch. Much easier to navigate through the cloud.

This is my first dash cam. I did a lot of research before purchasing it and I am so glad I went with the U3000. It is outstanding. The quality is fantastic.
it's a good camera but i just wish the setting was more easier to set up and explain what each setting does. I fell like the distance from the vehicle to anther car of a person is confusing but all and all its good!
The U3000 provides high quality videos both front and rear. It is easy to install and setup. The support for THINKWARE is excellent as well. My only suggestions are to improve the apps to be easier to manage and view events.
The system works really well, despite poor support. However, the rear radar simply doesn't work. Others on YouTube have this issue too. I would hold out until they fix the kinks — support is not helpful and the product has a few critical bugs.
It would be perfect if you could get alerts at home from the app.however you don't tell people you need a internet connection. My friend have cams that were much cheaper.and have the same 4k front 2k back and there cams have internet.i paid alot of money for this system u3000 and mini memory bank.the only difference mine have is radar in park mode. Everytime I get in my car I have to connect to the system which takes a minute and then look at my videos .I'm disappointed in this product
Had it professionally hard wired w the iVolt mini battery. Stopped working on the second day as it keeps going into parking mode. Working on getting a refund.
