I take potassium to help with my PMS, which has gotten much worse since I am in my early 40s. Potassium is said to help alleviate some of the symptoms of PMS. I certainly find that I am less bloated and feel a little better when I take these. I also take them sometimes if I've had too much salt.Great company and affordable price

So far so good. I'm very sensitive to many supplements but this one suits me ok. I'm taking these to lower my bp. Early days still. Quality seems good and no excess fillers.

It had too little potassium in a suggested dose. So I would have to take quite a few of these pills. The problem is they are too bitter if chewed and I struggle with swallowing pills.
