Applied Thompson's Waterseal just 5 days ago on Tuesday, and 2 days later we got some heavy rains. The water beaded up on the deck as described on the container. Product works very well and for the price, you just can't beat it! I am always somewhat skeptical of reviews on products like this and I have heard that this particular product does not last, but so far so good. I applied the product a little thicker than recommended. It did also give my deck a very natural clean look and darkened the wood some.
