I'm a week in and the Ice maker seems well built and certainly looks the part. The ice production is quick and setup was easy thanks to the built in drain pump. My only complaint would be that the ice sticks together and comes out in sheets that have to be broken up. I reduced the ice size and it helped but I till have to break it up in order to get it into cups and water bottles. That said, I'm still happy with my purchase.

We go through two bins of ice every day . The ice maker is always full when the queen Summons me to replenish her ice water . This machine is a beast !!

I love ice and I live at the beach so having ice readily available in a large amount is important. This product is great. It's only slightly louder than the dishwasher whish was super important to me. I am so thrilled with this purchase.
I researched this ice maker but decided to go with another brand. there was a mistake on my cabinet wideth and we had to take back the other ice maker and i decided to try the thor since I already had the dish washer and range put in for a remodel. a month in and we love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This icemaker is awesome. We are a family of four and we use ice regularly throughout the day. It quickly makes a ton of ice and you can adjust the cube size setting. Not like Sonic ice but thinner more manageable cubes. To be honest the highest setting with the biggest ice cubes were really hard to break up cause it comes out in sheets and the machine stays nice and cold but we changed it to a smaller setting and nice is perfect. Scoops nice and easy!
It's hard to find a good one that fits in this small space. This one looks great and makes great ice, but there are two things about it that are annoying: 1. It's loud (sounds like a cheap dishwasher) 2. It makes ice in sheets of 16 cubes that you have to manually break up to get the ice to fit in the glasses
