This stuff is great. It's helped me a lot with weight management. My feeling energetic is up, and I rarely get cold hands and feet, which is the reason why I got these to get my thyroid in check! Highly recommend this.
I've used this for almost a year now to go with my iodine supplementation for estrogen dominance. I wasn't thrilled on having to take more capsule but it seems worth it to me now.
I have Graves Disease and my endocrinologist suggested I start taking Selenium to support my thyroid, and my eye discomfort, which is a side effect of Graves. I was taking an over-the-counter supplement and my eye discomfort was getting worse and worse and the store brand wasn’t helping at all. Right amount.good for thyroid and you doint get it in very many foods
You will not be disappointed. Selenium will help recovery quickly if you are into sports such as soccer. When traveling abroad to Taiwan or Korea and having hiked some of their trails, selenium is always in my travel luggage. You will have a quick recovery time so you can enjoy more of your trip.
It's hard to find a product you can trust. Read the labels and then try it. So far this is my 3rd bottle and I get it the 2nd day just like the competitor.

My doctor suggested I take selenium with iodine and zinc. So I have been taking this for 2 months. I'm not sure if it's really working. I don't have as much fatigue as I used to have, and I also dropped so much weight my bottoms are all stretched, I can ball up a handful of fabric...so that's a good thing. But my period is wonky, its been getting later and later, and the only time this ever happened was when I was really iodine deficient. So I don't know. I will update this review in 3 months.
returned item unused oe opened, mailed them to the walmart 2.5 miles away from my house through fedex 3 weeks ago. Where is my refund? it says refund issued 8 days ago. This is a prepaid card, ive never waited more than 2 days to get s refund once you received the item using prepaids. Its always 3rd party sellers, will no longer mess with any 3rd party seller ever again..they don't want to give you back your money.
