System works great, but I have questions and can’t find customer service phone number to reach company.
A great item so far been using it for elite dangerous and would recommend it.

A good flight controller a lot of buttons for realism. The only cons is the lack of game support it has for programming. Thrustmaster should add more preloaded profiles to include DCS World.
Great hotas for the price. This is my second set (kids broke the first one), and it's great. The plastics are fairly durable, and there are lots of programmable buttons/switches. The only complaint I have is that the throttle sticks a little, just wish the action was a bit smoother. At this price point it can't be beat. I use this while playing elite dangerous.
To be a the HOTAS, buttons belong on the stick, Not on the base… While the Hall Effect sensor on the stick seems to be steady and true, it’s not a real“Military style HOTAS”... I would certainly go for a heavy duty plastic equivalent of the Thrust Master HOTAS Warthog metal stick. I like the two screw holes in the base of the stick...it’s far too light and wobbly without a bunny or Velcro Stabilization...The base is ok,
After 6 months the product did not work as expected
I did not look at enough reviews. Do not buy this, a MASSIVE number of these sticks end up with Z axis (twist) issues within 90-120 days of use ,mine detects constant right twist and random hard right spikes even when not touching the stick after multiple re calibrations. You will be outside of your window to return it for your money back here, and stuck dealing with customer support that is averaging a 15 day response time during covid.
