It's not really a lotion. It's a little too thin to be a real lotion. But it does work on my calves %26 feet like I need it to.
I have been using this for a few months now for my arthritis in my hip. This blows Biofreeze and every other cream I've tried away. I've gotten to the point where OTC meds aren't helping and I'd rather not go to prescriptions yet. (Still fighting to get the thing ripped out and replaced with a shiny new one!) This actually let's me SLEEP. It numbs everything quickly and lasts for a long time.
I purchased the Arthritis Rub on line. I had been purchasing the sport rub. I wish I had found this earlier. Great product and it really works for me. I will keep purchasing it.
If you have aches & pain like in your joints, it will reduce that pain very much. Now, it will make you sweat and has a smell to it like menthol. This is the first time I've seen it in a lotion.
it wasnt good for my hands but i do recommend it for others.
I have been using Tiger Balm for the arthritis pain in my knees but it is expensive so i use it for really bad days. I found Tiger Balm Arthritis Rub and decided to give it a shot. I am happy to report that it is very good. I do not need to wait for excruciating pain because it is more cost effective. I am glad that I took a chance.
I put like for application because this creme absorbs quickly within about 30 minutes . It would be fantastic if it came in a roller ball type applicator though. I love the all natural ingredients. Clovey and Spicey I love the smell. It eases my arthritis pain . This stuff is Strong yet Soothing.I would suggest doing a dime size amount at a time until you know how much you will need.you've been warned;)
It is too strong and needs vasoline to tolerate it.
This ointment provides some benefit but it's quite a bit more expensive than buying the listed ingredients separately and mixing them to preference. If you'd rather not bother then this item works fairly well.
It did not phase my extreme hip and knee and back pain. The label says it is for minor short term pain relief. Maybe I will try the ultra strength? But probably not, the pain is just to much and money is an issue while trying to grasp at anything that promises relief.
