We purchased the full size mattress for our 13 year old daughter. It is awesome!!!!!!! She goes to church camp in a couple of weeks and my husband works night shift so I'm going to sleep in her bed that week. A person can lay on one side while another bounces on the other side and the person laying down feels no movement. I'm going to get me one in the king size! The price is excellent!!
When my husband and I seperated I left t beds with him. That meant that I had to buy beds for the kids and myself. I was on a strict (meaning miniscule) budget. I read all of the great reviews about the Mattress-in-a-Box, but still thought it was a crazy, and possibly unwise, purchase. My budget being what it was, though, I clicked the 'confirm purchase' button and hoped for the best. When the matresses arrived I was sure I had been had. The boxes were so small! When I took them out of the box I was blown away. They filled out, for lack of a better term, within a few minutes. The next night when I slept on it I was even more amazed! They are so comfortable. I'm using them on a platform bed and I can't tell the difference between this combination and the mattress and box spring set that I used before. There's no need for a box spring with the platform bed, no need for a mattress topper or any extra cushioning. Keep in mind I bought the 8 inch variety, not the 11 inch. I'm on the heavy side and I sleep unbelievably well on this mattress. If you're on a budget and you need a new mattress, this is the way to go. I was able to buy a queen and twin mattress, plus the platform beds for each, for what it would have cost for a decent queen mattress set. You will not be disappointed in this mattress.
This mattress is soooo comfortable. I bought this for my 5 year old daughter's new bed. I didnt know what to expect, thought it might be a little hard. But when I took it out of the box, it automatically inflated (for lack of a better word) to its full size. When I layed down on it, it felt so good! It almost rivals my mattress which is a Simmons plush pillow top. I would recommend this mattress to anyone, any age. It was extremely easy to set up and its comfort level exceeds the pennies paid for it.

I ordered this to replace an old, worn queen sized mattress. I was prepared to load it on top of my wagon. When I saw the box it was in, although I was glad I didn't need help to get it home really (though it is for 2 people to carry, I just flipped and flipped until I got it to my apartment door), I was sure I got taken for my money. I was worried that it would be flimsy, uncomfortable, and cheap. That I would have to somehow stuff it back into the box and return it after being disappointed. While you do have to be careful when removing it from it's packaging, so as not to snag the material with scissors, it begins to crackle, pop, and inflate immediately, almost like a raft. That's when I discovered how amazing this is. It is simply a great mattress which has been vacuum sealed for convenience of portability, storage, and installation. Now for the sleeping part. I've only used the mattress for 24 hours. I know it takes 48 hours to really become itself, but I used it anyway. It is getting firmer, yet it is soooooo comfortable. While this mattress also comes in a pillow top version, the Tight Top version will probably be perfect for me exactly the way it is. I would prefer to purchase a mattress pad separately so I can still flip and rotate the mattress as needed. This mattress is soft, firm, comfortable. Be absolutely certain to schedule a vacation day for the day after install, as there is no way you are going to want to get out of bed to go to work. Fortunately for me, I installed it on a Friday night. I spent most of Saturday in bed. Don't worry about it being only 8" thick either. I know there are 16" mattresses out there which I have not tried. But I would be surprised if they were more comfortable. It comes with a 10 year warranty. The price I paid will not make me lose sleep also. You will need a box spring or platform bed for it. Lastly, I named it my "Sleep Raft" as it is a life saver. Makes my day better. I feel like I'm a cradled baby in it. Order and enjoy.
The overall positive reviews on this mattress were warranted. No, it's not perfect, and probably not as good as the $1000 mattresses you can get at a furniture store, but it's a good value and it does the job. It's easy to set up, comfortable, and worth the cost. We've slept on it about 6 weeks and haven't noticed any sagging or shape change, although as some previous reviewers noted, the edges aren't very strong, so you sink a lot if you sit on the edge. It pops back up when you get off, but it can be annoying if you're trying to put on shoes...
The mattress arrived via UPS and the driver carried it over to me, it was lighter than expected so I had some doubts. When I opened it to place it on the bed frame (and you need a bed frame with springs or a Euro slatted frame- otherwise you need a box spring). It was rolled and wrapped in what my family jokingly called the biggest 'Space Bag' we've ever seen with more silica packs than enough. It took about an hour for it to suck enough air back into it to return to shape, sounds a little a sci-fi movie when the air is sucking back in, that was funny too. But once it's back in shape it is a surprisingly comfortable mattress. I bought it for my granddaughter's visits overnight, she thinks it's cool. Worth the price. The cover was better quality than I expected and there are a bunch of plastic springs to give it more comfort, if the 8" was this comfortable, the 10" must really be something. A happy sleeper!
I was surprised to have such an inexpensive mattress be so comfortable. I purchased it as an extra bed for my daughter to have at her home when we go to visit her. I was nervous after I purchased it that it wouldn't be comfortable since I have trouble with my back. It was very comfortable and supportive.
I bought it due to overwhelming good reviews, however, this mattress is not very comfy by my experience. Maybe it is just me prefer to sleep on firm and more supportive firm. It is very very soft that I feel like I am "sinking" while sleep on it. The product wrapping is very cool, it came in a square box that is 1/4 of mattress size.
I wouldn't buy it if you don't want to sleep good at night. My back hurt the next morning. I waited for a week and I couldn't take the pain any more. I went back to Wal-Mart and got me a FMTOP mattress. The mattress might be in your price but when you got to buy something for it. It's not worth it. I wish I would of got a better one. Even if it is more.
