This is the only way to have an analog watch and still have an alarm, as well as the rest of the digital functions. Setting is easier than many digital watches but is still not completely intuitive. Had the same watch previously and got water intrusion after a year and a half that killed it. Only a one year warranty. Casio has a similar watch but the alarm is not loud enough to wake me. I also like to be able to turn off the digital display and only see the hands.
Great watch! Very functional with digital and analog functions. Slick design. Great for healthcare with orange second hand and durable, easy-to-clean wrist band. I'd buy it again!
Rugged watch, exactly what I wanted. Only suggestion is for Timex to add more alarms to this model. My other Iron Man has 3 alarms. This model only has 1. Still the analog feature is great. Would reccommend this watch to anyone.
Larger numbers than others, which light up instead of just the background, making watch very readable at night. Background face is bright, making analog hands very readable. I like the orange second hand. Although not directly linked to digital time, analog time is very accurate, after 6 months still only 8 seconds behind digital time. This is a great watch, and I'm being very careful putting watch on and off to avoid damage to resin band. Highly recommend.
I purchased the watch Sep 2009, the part that hold the strap down broke then May 2010 the band broke in half. I love the features and the functions of the watch but the band is horrible; it's attached to the watch so I have to purchase another watch. Wal*Mart refunded me my money so I purchased the same watch again July 2010.
I have only had this watch for a month and I like it. I enjoy the way it looks and the ease of operation. I am skeptical of giving it all 5 stars due to past reviews stating that the band breaks. I have been very careful when I take the watch off, but if it breaks less than 2 years, I will return with a negative review..
I really like this watch but after daily wearing for around a year and a half the irreplaceable band broke. Its the second watch I've had from Timex that did that. So I love the watch and its functions but now I can't use it anymore and the watch itself still works great. If I could replace the band I could see using it for years. The band should at least outlast the battery...
I had this watch for 2 years. I loved the functionality and look. After a year, the plastic slider that holds the strap down broke off. Then around 2 years of owning the watch, the entire strap ripped. Since the wristband is connected to the watch itself, there was no way to replace the band.
After 2 weeks using the watche\ the digital stoped working, I had to return the product. I was unhappy but willing to try again because the model was the one i was looking for.
