It's amazing!!!! I am so glad I researched for months before I purchased. After reading hundreds of reviews and watching a crazy amount of videos, I was ready to purchase my my first Tineco. I've owned a shark %26 Dyson before and the Dyson was my favorite in the past, but my new Tineco is now my all time favorite hands down. The thought that went into every tiny aspect of it is brilliant. The attachment that cleans the filter is so cool! No more handwashing and taking forever to dry. It has multiple filters and everything is super easy to access I honestly don't have one complaint. It works amazing and holds a long charge! I purchased the extra side arm attachment to hold the extra pieces along with a backpack battery I haven't had to use yet.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Receiving this vacuum made my little heart sing! We have a home with 3 inside cats, 2 boys, and traffic. I vacuum my home 2-3 times a day, everyday. This has been such a great edition to our home. It's sleek, lightweight but packs a little weight to push around. It takes my cleaning up a notch, because of the censors. If it's an area with heavy traffic, let's say near the litter box, it runs stronger with a higher suction power. If I'm just running it across the floor to pick up hairs, it's lighter suction. This helps preserve the battery life. I have a two story and this lasts a quick run. If i want to focus on one area, I focus downstairs, let it die, then charge and focus on upstairs. I have owned other cordless vacuums, I'm really enjoying the censor on this one.
My 5 star rating is influenced by the sale price I paid. Meaning, I'm not comparing this vacuum to a $600 vacuum. I purchased the "Pure One S12" package (not the expanded pro package). I purchased a second battery (on sale) which I feel is required. I find the battery life (per charge) is average. I generally run at the (additional) 50% (of the available 100%) power boost. Boosting the default power level costs time the battery holds a charge. I like that its (storage %26) battery charging station can simultaneously charge both batteries. I love that (inside the center of its dirt container) I can easily remove (and easily put back) its filter. Hair naturally wraps around this filter and quickly detaching this filter makes it easy to clean out this hair. I like the latch, so I don't have to constantly squeeze the handle's "ON" switch. I find its needle-nose attachment head to be a little short. With this vacuum, if the needle-nose attachment head can't reach a confined spot, then I include its "stick hose" attachment. So now, I have a super-long needle-nose attachment. This vacuum replaced my (popular name brand) rechargeable hand/stick vacuum. I like this vacuum better. Regarding this vacuum model (and its "pro" version), YouTube has a number of reviews and instructional videos.

Loving this vacuum so far. It's light weight %26 maneuvers well. Easy assembly %26 battery has enough life to do my whole downstairs %26 then some.
The s12 is doing a great job on my carpet, it picks up my cats long hair, and whatever is on the carpet with no problem. It does a great job on the dust and dirt and the I-Loop is awesome. I do have some hair on the brush roll, but there's so little to clean I can just use a dryer lint and it takes care of the hair, that's how little hair is left on the brush roll after vacuuming the whole house. I like that you can take the brush roll out and you can clean it all and even the mini motorized brush roll can be taken out. The only thing that I'm disappointed about it only came with 1 battery, and I was expecting an extra, I took care of that and went to Tineco's store and got one on sale at a great price under $50.00. I have called Tineco's customer service 4 times and all 4 times I was never on hold, but 2 or 3 minutes at the most. The customer service was great all 4 times, they were professional, kind, and was caring about my situation, and had the answers to my concerns. I own 3 shark vacuums an upright, cannister, and corded upright stratos, so when I thought about buying another vacuum I was looking at sharks, but then I ran across Tineco's vacuum and it took me awhile to decide that 1 day, I just jumped and took a chance and bought the s12. I made a great investment and I would tell anyone to buy any Tineco products you won't be disappointed. This is my 1st Tineco and I am looking at buying another Tineco vacuum. Customer Service is grteat.

It is Alexa compatible and touch control. It cleaned my stairs, linoleum floors, and my suv! The battery charges up super dast. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is the battery life. If you use the vacuum on high, it drains the battery fast.
The actual unit is really well made and thought out. But, the power head is bulky and hard to push on any carpet or rugs. However, it is much less expensive than the other high dollar brand. And, performs very close to this brand. Hardwood and hard surface floors are super.
After seeing this vacuum listed on a few best list, Walmart had it listed for 199.99 in comparison to 499.99 at other retailers. So gave it a shot… first impression it's made well, not as heavy a material as Dyson. It's cleans pretty good, I increased power around the edges in low setting doesn't really get it. Carpets use more power so it does drain battery faster which was a concern due to other reviews. After a week or so of daily cleaning (family of 5) it's not really an issue. It has maintained battery for each cleaning, has the attachments you need and features that are nice. Many cordless vacuums in this price range offered less features or accessories.
I bought this for my wife after reading a bunch of reviews. She does not like it…battery lasts for 10 minutes and the suction is horrible. I got this for her to get away from the corded vacuum, but she still uses the corded over this guy.
