Not bad chair at all. For the money i think it is right in line with other brands. Very fast to recieve. I believe it took 3-4 days to recieve. Got a great back rub.
My wife bought this chair as a birthday gift to me. Little did she know the chair may not fit me once it arrives. After calling Titan and finding out the outer should massage pads are at an angle, which make it easier for larger shouldered people to get in and out of the chair. I am 6'2 and 275 lbs. and my wife is 5'1 and petite. I don't believe that we have ever sat in a chair that provided the use of 2 different body sizes.
I bought this chair for my husband last Christmas. He uses it every day and now sees the chiropractor 1 time a quarter instead of twice a month. His work requires him to stand most of the day. I sit all day, so I have computer neck, it massages those knots out well too. I recommend it to everyone and would definitely buy it again.
Shipment was good. Assembly easy. Massage is aggressive but very beneficial. Improves posture and back pain. Two hoses blew off manifold in bottom section..easy to fix.
Operating instructions could be improved. The electrical court is too short.
I would buy it again. The rollers can be a little rough when first getting acclimated to the chair. I recommend buying a sheet of one inch foam rubber and put on chair if needed. My wife won't use but I think it is good for back and legs also when friends come they want a turn.
We purchased the Titan TP-8300 from Sams Club several months ago. I have used it to relax my muscles. I have asthma and recently got a cold that has caused a lot of chest congestion. By setting the chair on manual, upper back, tap, and fast I can use the chair to lossen the congestion. I have added a 1/2" thick high density foam pad to the back and feet to lessen the effect. Without the pad you get a deep massage which most of the other users have preferred.
I bought this chair in June 2016. Shipment was fast to my house. Installation was done within an hour. Works great for 2 months with normal usage. Then it died and the service ordeal problem surfaced. I call the manufacturer in Carrollton, TX and they directed to me to Jake and Grey in the service department. I told them my issue with the rollers not stopping and they made me record the video to prove it. I am in high tech so that's not issue. Feel bad for others if you have to record using your phone, upload to the cloud and then send them the link to your video. Maybe I should have posted on YouTube for everyone to see how bad it is. You have to yank the power cord, otherwise the rollers would run for hours! In any case, a week later and no response. I emailed them for status and they said they sent me the parts. So I waited one more week. Nothing! I email with threats that I will return the item to Sams. Got an immediate call. The item was supposedly delivered. OK where? They sent me the tracking number. I looked and the address is in Tennessee while I live in Texas. My house is 220 miles from Carrollton, Texas. What the heck! This is after they looked in their system to make sure the chair is still under warranty and have all my shipping address info. I gave them my shipping address once more - 3 total different times! They apologize and said they will ship ("for free") the replacement part. I waited and waited and waited. I emailed them once more saying that I will return the item to Samsclub. Got a few phone calls and an email saying the part should be there "today or tomorrow". A few days came and go, still nothing! One month and they can't get their act together to send me the replacement part. Finally, I returned the item to Samsclub for a full refund. Thank-you Samsclub for providing an easy return policy. I have never seen a warranty service this bad. I usually do not like to write bad comments & feedback. I hope this is an isolated incident. If you do buy this chair, I hope it last for years or die within the full refund period.
