Purchased this a month ago, & it arrived promptly, as promised. It did take~ 2 hrs for my husband to assemble, but it is very sturdy w/ all pieces being solid wood. We chose “ cool gray” & is painted nicely. Our almost 2 y.o. grandson loves it!
THE TRANSFORMATION FROM CRIB TO TODDLER BED REALLY HELPS TODDLERS TAKE THAT NEXT STEP. MY GRANDSON LOVED IT AND NO PROBLEMS ON FIRST NIGHT. HE FEELS LIKE A BIG BOY NOW . CRIB MATTRESS FITS NICELY. My son loves that he can get in on his own and has learned to stay once in. He likes the sleigh design as he can prop up his stuffed animals along the foot board away from his head. We are going to get a small travel pillow for him too. Price was very resonable.
We were having problems with my two year old grandson sleeping by himself, he always wanted to sleep with his eight year old brother. Once we brought the Dream On Me Sleigh bed and Go Diego Go todler set, he loves sleeping in his own bed. The dream on me sleigh bed is just the right size for him.
I love it because it is compact and just perfect for my two year old grand daughter. It looks stylish and coupled with the mattress I also bought is very comfortable.She thinks she is a big girl now yet she is safe as it is so easy for her to get in and out and is so close to the floor. The rails at the head make is safe also.
My 23 month old son loves his new bed. I was nervous about putting him in toddler bed but his crib was recalled so I tried it. The side bar is long enough to keep him from rolling out and I love that you can use the crib mattress. The bed is sturdy enough to handle my twins playing on it.
My Daughter loves this bed. It is low to the ground so she has an easy time getting in and out of the bed. When she was transitioning from her crib, she fell out of the bed a couple times and did not get hurt because she did not have far to fall. It is a beautiful bed. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it is difficult to assemble. It is necessary to have two people to assemble unless you want to spend hours on it. Each piece of the wood grate at the top and bottom of the bed has to be assembled individually so you need one person to insert the pieces and another to hold. Other than that...it is a great little bed.
We set this bed up for my Daughter the week of her 2nd birthday. She loved it and was so excited to have a big girl bed. She has ben sleeping great since the very first night! The bed looks great (we bought white), and is very sturdy. The only issue I had was there were no directions for assembly included in the box. I was able to go on the manufacturers web site for directions. Assembly was not too bad. It was worth it once it was done! Great value!
We love everything about our beds. The only thing I wish is that it had side rails that extended longer.
I bought this because it's a cool color and needed another toddler bed due to a move across seas (HI) and sold our other one. The bottom boards are not painted blue and are unfinished wood pieces. Its very light weight and moves easily if not on a rug/carpet. I received mine damaged and underneath the blue paints its white. Having had a more expensive bed from another retailer, you can certaintly tell the quality differences. It's an okay buy if your want it more for decor purposes as opposed to something you expect to use for a lengthy period or pass down.
