This is a great toddler dishwasher basket. It fits easily in the top rack of the dishwasher. It is a good size and holds a lot of small pieces like sippy cup parts, toddler cup lids, bottles, straws and toddler cutlery. The basket has a lid that can be closed and because of the bigger size of this basket it can still hold the toddler cups when the lid is closed. It stays closed during cleaning so no more looking for small parts on the bottom of the dishwasher's floor. I love that it can hold a lot of items because of the bigger size. It is sturdy and of high quality. Really recommend this basket!
This thing is very helpful for sterilizing small things such as bottle nipples and pacifiers. Sometimes chew toys can fit too. I never knew I needed one because I already have a sterilizer for the bottles. It neat coz I didn't have to sterilize them separately. I just put it in the dishwasher at night when I turn it on. The only thing about this is, if you needed your stuff right away and can't wait until the dishwasher is done. Coz in reality, you only run it once a day which is at night.
I received this item for free in exchange for a review through the Walmart spark reviewer program. While I didn't initially see a ton of use for this item but it has been more useful than previously expected. It can hold water bottle and thermos lids, re usable straws, pacifiers, and much more. It doesn't take up too much room in the dishwasher but is still plenty big enough to hold everything that it needs to hold. I highly recommend it especially for other moms. Thank you walmart!
We got this to use for our toddler and infant's assorted gear. We use it to keep all their stuff together when we put it in the dishwasher to utilize the sterilize feature. Dishwasher detergent tends to make plastic and silicone items smell (and taste) like dishwasher soap, so I don't go that route. Instead, our dishwasher (like many) has that sterilize feature that utilizes very hot water and a long duration. This basket works perfectly for that. As you can see from the one photo, although it's a huge basket, it fits on the top rack with ample room above it to spare. I guess it may vary by manufacturer, but I had to buy a "European style" (shallower) dishwasher as my cabinets were not deep enough to accommodate a standard size, and it still fits without any issue whatsoever. There's a good 5 inches above it. For whatever reason, our toddler is rather obsessed with this basket vs his other toy bins. He likes to pack it full of his little figurines then latch it shut. Apparently that's better than gold in his world. So why not, we let him play with the basket when we're not using it. As a bonus, this basket says "Made in USA" on it; I enjoy and support seeing products made locally.
Cute little dishwasher basket that fits easily into your dishwasher without taking up much valuable space. Great way to wash all of your toddler/babies toys that are dish washer safe, without loosing them in the dishwasher. I also used this basket to wash the gasket from my instant pot and it worked great. Drains well and is easy to store right in the dishwasher when not in use.
We have used these things for years! But, after a while, it is nice to have a new one as the latches get looser over time! This dishwasher basket performs as I have always expected! We used it for sippy cup lids, sippy cup inside parts, and legos! Every parent of a toddler knows how legos get dirty! We also use this for the smaller silverware for the kiddo. However, there are other things we put in this as to utilize it to the full potential. We like to make jelly in our house, so mason jar rims fit right in this basket. Any smaller tools like ice cream scoops or can openers will also fit in this basket! Be sure to use this item to its full potential any you will not be disappointed. We have never had a problem with it opening during mid wash. We have never had a problem with it losing its shape! I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who wants to give it a try. We use this specific product at our house and we have given several as gifts for baby showers. You never know how much you will use this until you have one. Then, you will wonder how you went without it!
This is a great product to have. It would make a great baby shower gift! It holds quite a bit of stuff. I use it for sippy cup and water bottle lids, spill proof guards, medicine syringes, straws, small jars, anything small that you don't want getting lost in the dishwasher. I wish I had this when my kids were still using bottles because it would have been very helpful rather than having to hand wash everything. I especially like it for spill proof guards and sippy cup lids. It's gets them safely clean in the dishwasher so I don't have to worry about hand washing them with tiny brushes to try to get every nook and cranny. All in all a great product I wish I had sooner!
this is an item every mother of a baby or young child needs and doesn't realize it. with all the cup kids bottle nipples and small toys coming through my dishwasher I needed a way to keep them together without taking up space in the silverware basket. I love it!!
It is so easy to use. I can literally throw all of my baby items in there and it washes them all very well. I do not have a toddler, I have a 7 month old baby. I put her pacifiers, teething toys, and medicine syringes in all together. No problems with washing. It also can contain her bottle nipples. It fits on the top rack and the bottom rack. It does take up some space in your dishwasher, but that is already known before purchasing. You're supposed to run your dishwasher more than once a week regularly to keep the belts and everything from dry rotting out. I don't mind the space it takes because I run my dishwasher frequently.
With kids you start off with bottles and nipples then it's sippy cups and straw cups. This dishwasher basket can be used with every phase. It has a large capacity and keeps things from flying around inside the dishwasher. It can be used for other things too. This is a very useful product. I highly recommend it.
