Its sturdy enough to sustain my 1 yr nephew. Its a flexible playpen as it will take impact from child leaning on it or child letting himself fall back on it to sit down, better than an impact on a wall or sturdy gate. We just add sum padding on the side of the wall and you cant feel nothing.
Perfect size for our small house! I am so glad I went with this one and not one of the other ones. Its perfect for our needs and the price! Definitely get the expansion pack!!!! This picture is with the two piece expansion pack and its the perfect size.
I've been using this for about a week now and I really like it. I am not using it in the hexagon/octogon shape (I have 8 panels). Instead I have it going across my living room and bending behind furniture to make it stable. So far it has kept my 10 month old twin boys in their contained safe play area. They pull up to standing on the panels and everything is stable. I used the rubber pieces on the bottom of the panels and so far they seem to be working well.
This play pen is so perfect and it’s bigger than I though, it has plenty of crawling room without my twins falling all over each other and it’s heavy for them but pretty light weight for us so they won’t be about to go under it or lift it. Worth every penny.
Very sturdy. I’m actually using as a pet playpen for my Morkie puppy. He tries pushing each side but it’s all locked together. It came in the box with each panel already attached to each other, I just had to connect the last 2 panels together and that wasn’t as smooth as I thought it would be. If I had to take apart I don’t think it would be an easy job being that it’s locked down tight once u snap it together.
This a great play been. We actually have two others that we combined for one big play pen and use the navy blue one to block off the tv from our curious one-year-old and two dogs. It should be noted that the navy blue pen did not come with a door panel like some of the other models.
Got it to use with my granddaughter who is crawling everywhere. I call it her castle and have put Disney princess stickers on the outside diamond shaped areas. Also, I have put mylar ballons at the top, out of reach of course. It is nice to be able to sit down with a cup of coffee while she safely plays. It opens and closes nicely for putting away when she is not here. Her mommy is going to get one for her home, except she is getting the 8 panel one for her larger living room. I have researched the prices, even Ebay and Walmart had the best price and it was delivered to my home for free! I would absolutely recommend this!
I had one for my son who is now 8. I now bought one for my daughter to give her a play area. I bought an additional 2 pieces to extend her play area. These are the best inventions ever for parents who don’t want their child running off around the house or outside.
I bring my baby girl to work. She is FULL of energy, and can't handle a traditional play yard for long. I put this up with her toys and she can be in there entertaining herself and feeling part of everything for hours. I have to assemble it and disassemble it everyday she comes with me and it takes all if two minutes to do so. I've done the research and this is the cheapest and most attractive one out there. Assembly is difficult at first but gets easier. We also have one surrounding our spiral stair case to prevent her from getting to it and it works well. No complaints just a little stiff in initial use.
The gate is extremely difficult to put together and close. There are no instructions, so the first time we attempted to fold it and move it, a piece of it broke and is now sharp on one side. Its sturdy when its up and definitely gets the job done if youre trying to keep your little one contained, but I regret not just buying one of the more expensive ones marketed for babies.
