As a new bariatric patient I have to say Torani Sugar Free Syrups SAVE THE DAY for me. I have always enjoyed sweet flavorful drinks and now that I can't have carbonated beverages I drink LOTS of unsweet tea flavored with assorted Torani SF syrups. I LOVE THEM and can't do without them. The sugar free coconut makes my summer feel very festive while still allowing me to keep my beach body! By far my favorite summer flavor! I love to mix it with Lime La croix and a half a cup of vanilla almond milk. It makes a light Italian Cream soda. I also love it with my morning lattes and sometimes I'll add the sugar free chocolate with it as well. Tastes amazing!
I drink fruit drinks that have very little taste. They come in either pineapple, lime, or mango. I add two squirts of coconut syrup and I am ready to go. I took this to a child's baseball game the other night and both children that I knew drank the entire drink. Their Mom told me that they don't like coconut, so they wouldn't like this...was she wrong. They finished it quickly and didn't understand why I couldn't give them more right at the ballpark. I tried explaining that I fixed it at home and I needed to go there before they could have more...they immediately asked if they could go home with me!! Quite a hit with me and them. Love the coconut sugar free flavor. I use it in my protein shakes. I make coconut & crushed pineapple. I also add it along with pumpkin & sugar free pumpkin flavoring & pumpkin pie spice to make shakes that taste like pumpkin pie blizzards for very few calories. I love this syrup in my Earl Grey tea. I bought it to try it in my coffee. The very slight acidic taste of the syrup just added to the bitterness of the coffee rather than take away. I immediately thought of putting in my Earl Grey tea instead because Earl Grey has bergamot (whcich is acidic) in it. It worked wonderfully! I STOPPED DRINKING 25YRS AGo BUT STILL HAD VIRGIN COLADAS. AS MY BLOOD SUGAR CHANGED I HAD TO GIVE THEM UP. BUT NOW I MAKE HEALTHY PINA COLADAS. 1/2 CUP PINEAPPLE CHUNKS 1/4 CUP TORANI SF COCONUT SYRUP 2/3CUP WATER , 1/2 LIQUID PASTURIZED EGG WHITES, (THIS PROTEIN WILL STOP THE SUGAR FROM THE PINEAPPLE FROM SPIKING YOUR BLOOD SUGAR) AND ICE. BLEND IT IN MY NUTRIBULLET ADD STEVIA IF YOU LIKE IT SWEETER.
