I love my tablet. It is easy to use, great for the price, it is fast, it does everything. Good pictures and videos, I am happy with my tablet.
I would give it 5 stars have not had any issues. Its like having a little portable pc. Its great to use to do whatever gaming or documents.
As a mother of 3 small school aged kids this is exactly what we were hoping for. They play games and can even email friends from this tablet. Its been so great that we ordered a 2nd and third so they each have their own. Affordable and child and adult friendly. So glad Walmart carries this tablet.
This tabletI works excellently and what I've come to expect of Toshiba. I;ve recently had some bad tablet purchases so I know the difference. This actually rivals my notebook in performance.
119.99 is very cheap. the screen is not perfect but it is ok to watch video. it is actually a small laptop, I use it as a portable laptop, don't do too much big work, I just browse the website, see live video, check email and of course it can run office (word and excel). it is enough for me. con: wifi is not sensitive. some time I open the tablet and it cant find wifi, I have to restart it.
I think this is a decent value for the relatively low price on it. It is truly a full functional windows device with office 360 and other software. Sometimes it seems a little slow but it does stream Netflix etc...very well. The battery life could also be better. It doesn't take long to drain it while playing games or streaming video. But on the whole for the price paid I am satisfied with it. It is a good choice for those like me making their first foray into tablet computing.
It's an awful tablet. While the performance such as the screen resolution and the processing is high quality they used batteries that should have been thrown out. After about a month the battery stopped holding a charge even in standby. I'd leave it overnight on standby and the next morning the battery would be dead. The WiFi won't even connect. When I talked to the people about getting it refunded they said all they could do was get it repaired but I would have to pay shipping.
This tablet came out of the box with a WiFi problem as well as a problem where it would not turn back on after I charged it. I called Toshiba's customer service they wanted me to send it back for repairs but I had to pay to have it shipped. I finally got Toshiba to fix the issue over the phone about it not turning back on, I thought the WiFi problem was fixed as well but it still can't find an access point so I have to restart the tablet. It is slower than my cheaper android tablet and it has given me trouble with the touch screen being unresponsive.
Toshiba Encore charging mechanism beomes very hot, too hot to handle table.
I'm far from a pro at this stuff, but I found the touchpad unresponsive and started getting out-of-memory notices the first day. Returned it the second day. I love Walmart, however.
