These are easy to swallow and tasteless
This is great since it's in capsule form. I have tried many brands and this is the best. Least nauseating when that is important.
I love the zahler prenatals. They were the only ones that I could take when I had morning sickness as they are capsules. And my blood work has been looking great. I love to feel that my baby and I are doing the best for our health!
