This phone is solid, and easy to use. Nice big clear screen, decent camera, on the front and the back with a flash. Runs android kit kat. Good battery life. I love this phone.
I am a person that does not live on their cell phone. I do not use it as a computer, so I don't need all the fancy stuff. This phone is perfect in that way. It has some fancy stuff that makes it easy to use. I love that it is a smaller size. The screen has a good, clear picture and the touch is just right. My calls come in clear. I am glad to have found a cell phone that works well as a phone, plus does a little extra. You can't beat the price and Total Wireless is the least expensive yet still gives great service. If you are like me and mostly want a phone then I highly recommend this one. If you want to watch movies and or do more advanced things then you would probably be disappointed in this phone.
It works very smoothly & takes nice pics. I have owned quite few ST phones & this is my favorite. Many neat features like color led for different contacts. Also knock on & off. So many cool things that you have to try it!
I purchased this phone with the Total Wireless plan a few days ago, I heard great things about total wireless and this phone was at a great price so I thought I would give it a try since it cut my phone bill in half and so far so good. I will let you know later if something changes
The Total Wireless phone is very easy to use, an excellent buy, and has everything I want available for use. The monthly fee is good also. I do not like to pay for more than I need of phone options. I use the phone for long distance and texting mainly.
This is just what I wanted in my first smart phone. Very easy to use and set up. The website is also helpful. I like that I can add data if needed without any hassle - just buy it.
This phone came up in a search of the Walmart website for the word Tracfone . However, after it arrived and I tried to transfer my Tracfone minutes, Tracfone advised that was not possible. I returned the phone.
I purchased this phone for my Mother as an upgrade to on older TracFone. It has a nice large display and traditional Android OS. It is pretty smooth and responsive in operations and gives you a little over 5GB of free space for your music, apps, movies, etc. after all updates are installed. There is also a slot for a micro SD card. Using it in the 32713 zip code successfully and it runs on the Verizon Network. Purchased the phone as a Triple Minute Phone (from another vendor) meaning for every minute you buy, you get two more free minutes.
first smart phone, and it is easy to use. total wireless was a nightmare to get started with. I transferred my old phone numbers over, and it took 5 days for them to get it straight. I had to call each day., but now it is running great and it is a great price, a pain to get started. I thought about canceling more than one time. Total Wireless customer service people need more training.
Warranty is NOT with LG itself, but with Total.. They will take 5-7 days just to "email" you a mailing label to return the phone to them, then 5-7 days for them to acknowledge receiving the phone, and then 7 days to get the" replacement phone" to you. So.............in case of a phone failure, be prepared to be without a phone for about 3 weeks ! Possible solution might work to go ahead and place the claim with Total. Then go get another Total phone from Walmart, use it for 10 days, return it to Walmart as "unsatisfactory". Then buy yet another Total phone ,which you return 10 days later ..... continue doing this till Total gets your "replacement" phone to you. LOL Heading for Walmart now to try it out ha ha
