Excellent value! Works perfectly and easy to setup
The TP-Link Archer C59 AC1350 is a superb option at this price point. I've had it for roughly a month and no complaints. It has excellent range, even extends outside my home. I would definitely recommend this router to friends and family.
I'm not the best when it comes to setting up things. This was pretty easy. I visited their web page, clicked customer support and finally got a phone number to call. I spoke to a customer service rep and they walked me thru the process and it was up and working within a few minutes.
This has to be one of the easiest and powerful wireless devices in its price range. They setup only took a few minutes and the broadcast is rock solid. You don't have to be a computer tech to install it, but does have advanced features for the gear heads. Very impressive range as well.
Product met all of our expectations & was fairly easy to install. Good instructions included!
About the third day after buying this router, I could no longer log into the router to change settings. On top of that only about half of my devices could get an internet connection. I called tech support who was rude during the whole exchange and talked down to me. When I asked for a manger he hung up on me. I'm never buying another product from this company again.
It arrived today and it is a refurbished unit. I can't find any place that says it is refurbished.
I can't recommend the Archer C59 A1350. Basic setup is straight forward and can be completed in minutes. When you try and use the parental controls or the QOS features that when it blocks the internet or slows way down for all or even turns on the orange internet light. Removing all controls will allow the router to work again for awhile. I have to restart it twice a day especially during heavy use by many devices. Best stay away from this one.
I was on the phone with TP-Link support for almost 3 hours and Spectrum for almost an hour. They couldn't get me connected. The TP-link wanted to have a higher up tech call. I just decided to return it the next day. Picked up a Belkin from Best Buy at the same time. Within a half hour I had it connected and working. Need I say more.
