IT FITS!!! Had a bunch of books and stuff in it including my huge laptop and toiletries! Pictures included>>>
I bought this bag for work. I am a supervisor and I have to carry around a laptop and paperwork. It has saved me a lot of back pain. It is the perfect size for my full size laptop, binder and other office supplies I have to carry around with me.
This underseat luggage should work for our coming trip. If it gets rejected, I will submit a new review. It will hold enough of my supplies to make it worth the money. The best part about it are the wheels and the long handle to pull it through the airport. It appears to be sturdy. The inner "brief case" file unsnaps giving a lot of extra room to fill with personal items. I am glad I found it.

We actually bought this rolling carry-on luggage in the purple to use for a college bag because an adult backpack/bookbag would have just been too heavy to carry around. It opens in the front and has room for thick/heavy hardcover books for classes. Rolls smoothly and has enough pockets for anything else my daughter needs to put in there. At the price of $35 we snapped it up! I sure hope it lasts the whole year but if not i hope they dont discontinue them. Thank you Walmart
I purchased this personal item sized bag for a weekend round trip flight to visit family down south in November. It was just the right size for the trip and everything I needed, including room to pack a heavy sweater, socks and shoes for my return to the cold, along with shorts and a bathing suit for warmer weather. I kept my toiletries small, packed a book and paper notebook, and several snacks and a water bottle (in the generous side pocket) to get me both ways. The many pockets kept my things organized. The removable file organizer worked well to hold my notebook, credit cards, and cash instead of carrying a purse; as well as to hold in my clothing securely in place when I opened the bag. I had no problems with the handle or wheels. I flew on both Spirit and Allegiant, and neither airline had any questions about the size of it. Spirit even took one look at it at the ticket counter when I said I had a personal item and exclaimed, "Oh! Yeah, you're good to go!" The Allegiant gate tested the size of someone in lines' large back pack, but didn't blink an eye at this bag. I thought at first that having a bag without a charger port would be a downside, until I got to the security check points and they all required electronics batteries to be pulled out. I was glad, then, that the bag hadn't encouraged me to travel with an external charger. One less time consuming hassle in line! And finally, the purple color discourages my husband from stealing it from me. (Can't guarantee the same for my daughters.) XD
I was worried because the dimensions were different than what the airplane said it allowed, but it worked. It rolled so easily under the seat in front of me. Had plenty of space for packing. Nice compartments on the sides and top. Absolutely love it!
I loved this little carry on! It held a lot, and I actually put it in all the overhead bins instead of underseat (as my book bag I put under my seat) and it fit in all major airlines overhead bins. This includes international flights and small jets for like an hour flight. It worked and rolled as I had to run in the airport to catch my next flight. I could also lift it up and carry it as needed while walking down the narrow airline aisles. The handle was really long, and able to be pulled without feeling unstable and rickety. I didn't use the file folder part as I took it out to put more clothes in, but overall love this and will use again soon. It also has the strap on the back to put onto a bigger suitcase.
Poor Quality Stiching And Wheels. Handle pulled out stiches and wheels worn severely in one trip to parking lot. 2 stars for design. I like the side and front pouches. I did not overload the briefcase. I had a few files and a laptop with the usual cords and chargers. had to begin carrying it from the parking lot because I was afraid the wheels would wear off.
Terrible! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I purchased this item on the Walmart website. It is literally falling apart. A seam has come loose where the handle is sewn into the side, so items in side pocket can fall out. I can not use handle. The hand piece on the handles has also come unsewn and it barely attached. After three months, I cannot use it. I contacted company about the warranty by phone and on their online customer service email. No response. Useless--sitting in basement. I have never written a bad review before--but this experience was more than worthy.
