My elderly parents just wanted a flip phone. I guess it is almost impossible to buy just that anymore and the young lady in the Tech area helped them transfer their phone number from their older/dying flip phone they had to this one. This phone has a lot on it and the directions are very limited and hard to understand....Ugh! I'm still trying to figure out how to enter their contacts into an address book in the phone....but having trouble...so, I don't think this phone is as user friendly as it could be especially for someone that just wanted a simple "phone".
I just tried to order this for $29.98 I wanted the phone and the 30 day unlimited card. What I actually got in my confirmation was the phone for $14.88 and a 90 day 60 minutes card for $17 something. What a disappointment. I canceled it but now I'm told I have to wait 48 hrs for confirmation. Good luck to anyone that tries to order this bundle. So aggravated!
I want the phone but not the plan. It is aggravating that they will show you they have it but then when you bring it up to put in your cart it only is possible with the card.
