The phone is working great, large screen. Bought one to see how things went, price was so cheap I wasn’t sure. Replaced one that was stolen at school, didn’t know if it would happen again, didn’t want to spend a lot of $ Since there were no problems, bought a second one to replace another phone that had a cracked screen. Reviews weren’t good on Walmart site, looked on Amazon for other phones and noticed the reviews were good and quite a lot of them, went back to Walmart site and bought. New cases are available on ebay with free shipping under $10 depending on the color.
I like everything about it, especially for the price. It's Awesome, actually. Great quality features, such as; high speed---all of them. I would recommend this phone to everyone. I was shocked, but; very pleased that this cell phone appears to be better than Samsung Galaxy 10.
So I almost ordered a new phone on Amazon because my son broke mine into pieces. It was expected to show up Friday. I went with Walmart because I have always had good luck with Walmart and deliveries. And got am I so glad I did!!! I ordered eon Saturday and it showed up today(Monday)! Extraordinary! It's difficult to be without a phone my kiddos teachers couldn't reach me I couldn't send emails etc so it was a real problem. The phone came new in box as promised,I had zero issues setting my minutes and phone number on the new phone. Once again Walmart,you exceeded expectations!! 14/10*
So far the only thing I really hate about this phone is that when you play videos they do not automatically display sideways like other phones do. You can only view youtube from the standard portrait view, the video will not change based upon the position of the phone in your hand. Phone allows you to connect easily to free wifi to watch videos or listen to music so you don't have to use mobile data. This is great because my phone was locked to Tracfone and I chose not to have any mobile data for my plan. Easy to talk and text on the phone, comes with a neat google app that will type up what people say in the voicemail messages, so you can actually read what people have verbally said to you with over 95% accuracy!
delivery was great the phone is working perfectly right now for refurbished phone I have no complaints depending on how long it lasts I will order another
I never liked this phone. It's bulky and difficult to use and it just devours data, but after about three months the data/rms texting stopped working. I called technical support and within a few hours of being on the line with them they were able to get my data working again. However, a month later, it stopped again. Now the touch screen doesn't work all the time. What's a smart phone without a touch screen?
The phone didn't work. It wouldn't engage cellular. It wouldn't do this with a new sim card. In a 11 day period I talked to at least 12 technicians. Corporate was the worst. One guy told me to throw it away when I complained at the ridiculous situation of a phone that was obviously broken that every tech tried to fix the same way. They had me wait for a 72 hour download! After which the phone was ineligible for a return! The techs ran me around until they flat out stole my money for purchasing this garbage piece of technology!
Recieved defective item..Returned on same day.. Said i would get full refund.. Been 8 days now still nothing..Also no corespondance at all... DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE..
This phone arrived and was not able to be activated through tracfone. I contacted tracfone and they were showing the phone as not activated at a register, so the phone thinks it's stolen. Contacted Walmart after that and they said I would have to return the item and get a replacement/refund. Don't trust these guys to properly scan your phone so it can be activated.
Worst phone I ever purchased. And I took my time to research before buying. I don't expect much, but the main features of the phone should be working. I am a long time LG phone user and thought that buying a Motorola can't be that bad.... well it was unfortunately. I have now had this phone for months and have spent countless hours with Tracfone support on the phone, because Wifi Calling does not work at all. No solution so far. And now after the most recent Android 12 update mobile data quit working. I bought this phone because I wanted a speedier processor and more RAM than my old LG Rebel 4 could provide. Unfortunately LG quit the mobile phone business - what a loss since I NEVER had any issues with my LG phones. So my current Moto G Pure cannot perform the most basic functions which is access to mobile data and Wifi Calling. That is about 50% of what I am using this phone for. I hate it, I hate that I have spent the money on this piece of crap and that it is up to me to continuously try to "fix my phone". I didn't like my hubby's TCL A3 at first, because it was not as "perfect" as my old LG, but I am now seriously thinking of just buying it, because at least it does perform the basics and does have functioning mobile data and wifi calling. Stay away from Motorola.
