Only one issue so far but it's the way of the future with androids. The connection to wifi uses the newest security for connecting which means no WPS. The easy connect uses the QR code on router/modem for its info to access the wifi. Problem is that only the newest router/modems have a QR code on their sticker. So ya have to get an app for input of info needed then generate a QR Code to be scanned for logon to wifi. Just a few of the generators work without the need of returning back your school to learn all that is needed to use the app. All in all for the cost of this phone I have no problems with it. The battery life is great, the on board memory is great, the camera is great! Only wish it had IR Blaster for remote controls.
Tracfone sent this phone to me. I have never experienced wireless before. I love the phone and would highly recommend it. I am amazed at all the features there are as I continue to learn about them.
I needed a new phone badly because my old phone cracked, looked bad and the sound was not loud at all. I love my new phone because of the clarity. Especially the pictures and videos.
I bought this device twice actually. The first one I out through the ringer and finally it took fully submerged in water for up to 3-5 mins unnoticed before it finally gave up and quit. Very durable for a generic android device. However the settings are not great but even still it has some basic functions a lot of devices do not come equipped with. Only really lacks in biometric tech. Comes stock with a custom ROM the latest security update Android 10/11 and built in Mac address randomization. a Which is a must these days if you use wifi a lot which most of us do. I've seen high end devices lacking in this setting. So overall if you are looking for a cheap device that can handle most any task and don't mind not having the fancy biometric sensory and what not. This device will suffice I can assure you. Actually if it had more ram I'd continue to use it as my personal phone. Its hard to beat the price and the simplicity overall a great purchase for basic Android use. Perhaps for your child even or someone that will most likely just use it for the necessary everyday use or is hard on their phone, this is a great buy. I don't have really anything bad to say about it. I may try the more high end blu devices while they are still available.
This fone works fast to initiate commands. It is great for mail, news, and music videos. I have used it on several sites, and it has done well at all of them. It pairs easily for Bluetooth use. It also slips easily into a shirt pocket or my cargo pants side pocket.
I bought this less than one month ago because I broke my original SafeLink TracFone. While it was a fantastic price, I was disappointed that they did not bother to ask me if I want to stay with the original carrier and switched me to a different carrier that I have signal difficulties with. While the phone is quick in transition, I have difficulty with how different programs are laid out, and have limited ability to customize the phone to my liking.
Not happy with this phone. It didn't come with instructions so I'm trying to figure it out but it's not easy. It's slow to react to touch and very slow to respond. Apps I put on front don't stay there. The ones in the middle don't do anything. It pops up with stuff I'm not interested in and I can't get rid of them. Wish I still had my old phone.
It is supposed to be better than my previous phone. The camera and extra memory are the only improvements. It crashes often. I have reset it to factory twice. Changing settings is a chore. Sometimes they change back after a reboot. If I did not really need it for work I would have sent it back.
There are too many apps added on that I have no interest in. And then when I open a tab, I can find no way to close it. So I end up with a lot of tabs open that I will never use again. And the ones I do want to use, when I tap on them, instead of bringing up what it was showing, it's a new google tab, that I have to navigate to get back to what I thought I was bringing up in the first place. It is just a lot more hassle to use than it's worth the way it's set up. If I had my choice I would uninstall about 75% of the sites you put into it. But you dont give me that choice
I bought this Blu view 2 phone a month ago and I been having problems with it every since I got it. It won't update all my apps and I have a strong wifi connection ain't never seen a phone a phone that won't update google chrome. The phone keeps freezing up and the screen keeps going dark and the phone is so slow loading up this is one of the worse phone that is out there on the market.
