I really like the Bean Pro. It takes the pressure off of my lower back when doing sit ups. I also like the fact that it has handles. It's a little large but I would still buy it again. Here's a tip though...if you own a cat...hang your Bean up where they can't climb on it! I would recommend this product for anyone!...especially anyone with back problems.
I have fibromyalgia and a heart condition, plus disc slipping problems. This thing works GREAT!!! Takes off all the pressure off of my body, allows me to stretch and workout without any unneeded pain. It is also useful for other things, my husband loves it. If you need to lose those extra pounds from a baby or need some comfort in your stretching this is perfect. I only have baby weight so I cannot comment on its use for lots of weight, but don't see why it wouldn't work. I have tried many ab-systems, machines, the gym, a floor, the ball, I could on and on. I like it so much I ordered a second one just to make sure!!!
