I like the Christmas tree but the manual dont have proper instructions on how to set the branches in order to reduce the gap between branches. Loved my Christmas tree.

The tree was not at all like I expected. The box had been previously returned I believe. I contacted the sellers, sent them pictures and they provided me with return label and are going to refund. Outstanding customer service.

First this product is supplied by a third party and you cannot return it to your local Walmart if you do not like it. Looks nothing like the picture. No amount of "fluffing" and decorations can redeem this.
I'm soooooo upset!!! The tree doesn't fit the base at all. This is ridiculous. Christmas is next week and I don't have a tree up!
