Its big! The 1st time I used it I made a double batch of carnitas for my mother's birthday and it worked great. A lid would be nice...but heavy duty aluminum foil will suffice. Clean-up is a little awkward due to the size...but no way around that. Heavy duty, solid construction. I like that you get both a flat rack and V rack.
I bought this roasting pan a few years ago as a present to myself. Scrubbed it several time with dishwasher soap when I first got it. This roaster is amazing. I have used it several times for turkey, chicken and large lasagna's and other casseroles. It still looks like new. I was so tired of the cheap aluminum pans that buy at the dollar store. Do yourself a favor and buy this pan.

This pan is beautiful. It is very sturdy and a very large size, perfect for a large turkey. It comes with a basting rack and also a grill rack. It is extremely good quality and I am very happy with this purchase.
Very heavy gauge product that is well designed. It arrived quickly. The large pan has handles and there are 2 roasting devices/racks. A very nice addition to my kitchen. The price was also enticing.
This item is worthy of passing down the family tree. A turkey or ham is heavy and the handles are made for the job. This has many uses with the basting grill and or the v-rack. When I buy Tramontina I expect the best. You'll find uses for this quality pan just so you can cook with it.
Products is on the light weight side. Love the handles and the racks. I just with it was made of thicker stainless steel. We have used it twice and we like it so far.
It's beautiful. Has two racks. Heavy. Only 4 stars because it's huge! Much wider than I expected. I bought to make gravy on stove after baking so non-stick wouldn't flake off ... not sure how that will work. There's only 2 of us ... don't know how it will work with a small roast? I haven't used it yet. Don't know where to store it. HA I think it will be a great addition to my kitchen ... I should have paid more attention to dimensions and not just "stainless" part.
Love the size of this pan. The racks and handles are very sturdy; however the 18/10 gauge is thin. I've only used it once to make corned beef and it turned out well. Time will tell as to how well it holds up.
