It's a very good figure, wether you are 10 years old or an old fan of the franchise. Excellent articulation, cool rapid firing missles, cool F-22 Raptor form, and the robot mode is absolutely excellent. Absolutely a must buy for any Transformers fan, or if you want to get you kid into Transformers you can surprise them with this figure. It is the BEST out of all the voyager class.
I think this product is very entertaining in lots of ways. For example: this action figure can transform and fly as an F52 RAPTOR and it can stand as a ROBOT DECEPTICON TRANSFORMER and ontop of that it is an original so that is why I rated it that high, but I do not like the price because it is so rare and some people do not have the money for this rare figure so I would love if the price would go down for everybody. I think it met it expectations and more than I expected such as it being a F52 RAPTOR , and its shape as a ROBOT DECEPTCON TRANSFORMER I mean it`s cannons,guns,and it`s missiles just make it the perfect TRANSFORMER action figure.
YAY!! Transformers are back in force, and the new movie versions are just great! I love the new "ball joints" : where the older transformers would just break, these bend and reattach easily, meaning more time to actually PLAY!
This was a birthday request from my 6 year old grandson. He was delighted with it. It seems to be well constructed and should last. Time will tell.
We enjoy this product very much. Very cool looking as is and transformed. Not sure about the legs. They may come off a little too easily. Overall..a great product.
Having seen the movie, like most people, I was a bit dissapointed that Starcsream was not invovled more then he was. (Have to save some stuff for the sequel I guess.) But all in all it was the best movie I have seen in a long time. This toy strikes me the same way. The detail is great looks very menacing but, alas, there is some faults as well. It's rated for kids 5 and up, but unless they are a astrophysicist they are gonna need some help from the parents. It should also be noted that some of his parts easily come a part. (i.e. the legs.) Last but not least is, how come the designers at Hasbro sculpt him without any hands. All in all I must say that I love this figure. The leg feature is no big deal since my figures are for display/collecting purposes any way so the fact that they are desinged do pop off for some ridiculous reason is a moot point. With that being said collecters and older kids yes, younger kids might be better served getting the PLAYSKOOL version of this one. A solid four star effort
I had high hopes for the Movie version Starscream and for the Transformers Movie, however I was highly dissapointed in both. The figure is a horrible representation of Starscream, much as the movie completely lacked the heart and soul of the original Transformers. One of the worst movies I have ever seen. I will not be buying any more movie figures and for that matter I will probably not see the Movie sequel if it is to be anything like the first aweful Movie. What a waste, there was so much potential.
