This product is the perfect size, is gorgeous, super sturdy, pockets features are all very thoughtful, and everything about it is convenience. I love it and am very happy with my purchase.
It is a nice looking and functional bp, but it does tip over if the weight isn't distributed mostly towards the back of it which becomes a bit annoying, other than that, it is spacious and good for the price.
How do I convert it from rolling backpack to backpack? There should be PRINTED directions with this item. There are just two straps hanging down in the back but who knows what to do with them.
They're overpriced and the wheels break east and that's not good for the price your paying! These bags should last! They cute and all but should last!
It was the wrong size it had no back straps I ask for a retune And refund but have not received it and no response. It isnt what I wanted. I would like to return this item for what I wanted and it is not an 18 inch backpack without wheels and straps to carry on my back and roll on wheels. I will Discontinue buying from Walmart until this issue is resolved.
