Even though it's not expandable it features 8 recessed spinner wheels, locking telescopic handle, fully lined and double security side locks with mounted approved TSA lock. It measures with the wheels, 22" x 16.5" x 9.5" and meets most airline carry-on regulations. Weighs only 9.7 lbs.
