Beautiful luggage very nice size delivered for days early I am very happy with this purchase
Purchased a few months ago I think September or October 2020 for a trip In November 2020 , Love my suite case great purchase I made compared to the last one I bought from Walmart in another brand I guess from another seller not sure. It did however came with a little scratch which wasnt to bad or big on the larger suitcase the others were fine becaue they were inside the larger case , It didnt bother me much. Because I know during travels and bags being throw on planes and etc. it was going to get some type of scratches and etc. But it didnt just that one scratch it came with when I picked up at store. All bags survived the travels to crazy airports didnt break, wheels didnt fall off, handles didnt fall off real easy to move around thru airport and outside. I dont regret buying at all.
Wow, exceeded my expectations! Beautiful color! Each piece is incredibly light, rolls around with little effort and seems very durable! I can not wait to pack them full and go! The zippers also move very smoothly don't see them snagging or getting stuck or hard to open or close while full! Absolutely very happy with my purchase (even though after my order shipped they lowered the price, LOL) but worth every dime! For the price and what you get this set can not be beat!
These suitcases look great, roll easily, pack a lot, great price and are durable. I have used them once so far. Happy with this purchase.

I just reieved them and they look like they are really good quality . They are not cheaply made and very worth the price you pay for . Everyone at home decided to buy one from how good they seem to be . Well worth the buy !
My husband bought the "Chicago 3-pc Collection" for Christmas. I just used it for the first time this weekend. I found it hard to maneuver easily through the airport; especially on carpet. There's nothing special I love about it other than the color (Apple Butter) is unique. I want to change out the wheel as I'm able to do on other luggage sets I've had in the past. However, it doesn't have the zippers on the inner lining to get to the screws of the wheels. Otherwise, I'm going to have to cut the lining to the luggage and I dont want to do that. I wish I had a way to contact this company but I don't see any contact information. I'm so disappointed.
Used it two weeks after purchasing it and took it on it's maiden voyage to Nashville and it did not survive baggage claim. Was forced to check the bag at the gate due to an overcrowded flight and it cracked and ripped at the zipper seem.
Opened out of box today and plastic with it tore with hole opened at mesh zipper
