The usb port on the exterior of the smallest bag fell off immediately. It appears to not have been attached in any way and it was not able to be re-attached, leaving a one inch hole in the bag. I'm unbelievably disappointed that we never even used the bag before it broke, it was literally right out of the box, and it came off.
