Great color, durability well-made fit great in overhead storage easy to roll. Easy to use the handle. Complements my carry-on bag as well. Just got back from a trip!

Items came extremely quickly. Looks like I got a returned item as you can see in the photos. Absent plastic, peel plastic, grease mark, unzipped inside and open straps, compared to the other one. Not sure why returned as all looks good and happy with our purchase.

It has a good aspect; wheels roll in good condition and zippers have good quality. The only thing I would like to see in this luggage is a lock, in case you have to check it. Is the only reason I don't give it 5-star.
I love the lightweight. I chose my color. I can pack for a quick trip and still have space. All 4 wheels make it easy to maneuver. There is a place for a lock when the zippers come together. I don't love that the hard sides aren't hard enough to trust it if I had to check the bag at the airport. I'm babying the zippers so they don't break. I've used it maybe 5 times, not overpacking or rough with it, and the handle pin is faulty...which means that when the handle is squeezed to extend or collapse, there is a pin that doesn't retract and the handle is stuck in halfway extended mode. I have to reach in and feel below the fabric to push in the pin, and then the handle works. Also, the layered pole doesn't telescope out evenly.
I used it for 2 international trips and it was good at first because European airlines have smaller carry-on restrictions and this was acceptable. Yesterday I tried packing in this suitcase to use it for the third time and the zipper broke. I'm really disappointed. I understand the price point is low but not low enough for a single use product.
