This is the best hairspray! It holds my hair in place but does not make it feel stiff and the hold lasts! I sprayed curls in my hair this morning and it's now 12 hours later and the curl is still there. You can't ask for anything more. I wasn't sure if the hold would really stay; you know the old saying "You get what you pay for.", but the extra hold hairspray is even better than my more expensive hairspray! I'd recommend this to everyone and you can't beat the price!
This is my favorite hairspray out of all of them that I've used. I have two really bad cowlicks on my head and this keeps them down long enough for a full workday.
My hair is usually straight conditioning shampoo and hair spray gives me a nice lift highly recommended

I HAVE USED THIS HAIRSPRAY FOR YEARS. BUT I AM FINDING OUT THAT IT DOES NOT HOLD AS WELL AS IT USE TO. WILL PROBABLY START SHOPPING FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I have been using Tres Two hair spray for several years. About 3 months ago I purchased the hair spray (2 cans) and had significant problems with the nozzle. The nozzle comes off everytime I use the spray. I lose spray when I return the nozzle and spray my hair because it leaks. I thought it was a bad batch of nozzles, but the same thing has happened with the last two purchase I have made since then. I believe that someone made a decision to go with a less expensive nozzle which is, to my mind, defective. I am extremely disappointed with the changes that have been made, most likely as a cost savings because it is causing waste of hair spray and is a pain to have to play with the nozzle everytime I use the spray. Sometimes cost savings can cost more (in lost customers) than the savings in the product. I would like to see Unilever rethink this and go back to a better nozzle for their aerosol hair spray. I really like the hair spray but will switch to find something with a better (less wasteful) nozzle.
This is the second can of Tresemme extra firm control hairspray that I have purchased. I only use it to keep my bangs in place, and this new can blows my hair so hard that it messes up my hair! I try to spray it just a little, but if I push just a little too hard, it blows my hair all over the place. No hairspray should do this!
I have used this hairspray for over 40 years. HATE, HATE, HATE the new formula. HATE that you added Water. Just doesn't hold the same and HATE the feel of my hair after spraying. Please GO BACK TO THE OLD FORMULA and that is for all your types of spray that you changed.
Why, why, why did you change the formula?? It's unusable! I have used this product for decades, I was initially confused when suddenly it left a gooey residue on my hair that no longer allowed me to style it. Then I realized it — a formula change. It's awful, Tresemme, this was a great product, now a disaster. Please go back to the product that worked, that I bought for years with no issues. Don't fix what's not broken, you've left me looking for alternatives, I can no longer use this one.
I have been using this product for years with the aerosol and non-aerosol. THIS NEW STUFF IS LIKE GLUE! And, when you go to wash your hair, these weird, large white sticky flakes form. I had to shampoo my hair four times just to get these clumps out, and my hair was so knotted together, I had to have help unknotting it for over an hour with detangler and combs. I lost a pretty big bit of hair. It seems to build up and get worse in your hair the more you use it, too. And, it was almost like it got worse under the water. So, I tested it out by spraying some on my hand and them running it under the faucet... the hand got way stickier! I know this is supposed to be anti-humidity, but c'mon! You really should go back to the old formula. Looks like I will be changing hairsprays after a decade.
