(Beware) This product does not have a 64 bit driver version and is only supported up to Windows Vista 32 Bit. This defiantly has to be hurting sales to continue to offer a product designed for outdated operating systems written in 2002 as a current solution, which is why they do a poor job of listing compatibility. Still a good product and will work for XP and Win7 32 bit OS (unclaimed) but a serious driver update needs to be released soon or loose customers / business.
Finally I managed to get this to work with my mac. The product was designed for a much older operating system. For example, it is designed for 32 bit, and a keypad that no longer exists.. Even installing assumes a CD drive, which modern macs don't have. I wished to use it with ``The Amazing Slowdowner'' and needed help from a professional to get the keypad mapping to work. A far cry from modern plug and play devices. Also once running it gets confused changing between the slowdowner and itunes. I sent in a query to Tripp-Lite and received no reply. Nevertheless I have already found it extremely useful teaching dancing as I can control my device from the floor without line of sight being necessary, and definitely worth the money. ( I am glad I know a friendly programmer though.)
