These probiotics cured my gastroenteritis, which I had for 6 weeks & no doctor could figure that out until my colonoscopy 7 months later, within 3 days. Other probiotics simply do not compare to Trubiotics, either. Be near a bathroom when you take it, though.
Since Iâve started taking these I have less gas and my stomach feels so much better. My bowel movements are more regular and I dont suffer from constant constipation anymore. I take mine before i go to bed and when i wake up in the morning I have a bowel movement. They dont make my stomach cramp or hurt but i did notice the first week I was taking them I was bloated.
