Nice place to hang up your Quest 2 and keep it charged. No, this model doesn't come with rechargeable batteries for your controllers. You'll have to pay more for that kind. They do give you a extra charging magnetic USG-c plug incase you lose one which is nice. Only downsides I noticed so far was you need to jiggle the headset sometimes to get the magnetic charge to engage and charge. If you just throw your controller in the holders there's a chance that the side buttons will get pressed in causing the battery life to drain. Maybe this isn't a problem if headset is not activated? IDK so I don't take a chance and check them. Area shown in picture added. Also, not screwing down the two screws that hold your docking mount to the wall enough will cause it to come off when lifting your Headset. Make sure it slides on snug and since power cord is about 4.5 feet long, stay close to a electrical plug when mounting dock or buy a longer cord.
I like the charging station. But it does not work with my Elite headset and battery charger. The magnetic attachment for the headset does not leave a place to charge the battery for the Elite Strap. Originally I thought it was compatible.
a little inconvenient because you have to keep removing that magnetic piece to charge it so if you want any accessories on your VR you're going to have to plug unplug plug and plug plug unplug.
I didn't have any issues with this product. Works well
only thing that came in the box was the dock was missing everything mounting hardware power cord for the dock and the attatchment to charge the quest while in the dock...... its literally a piece of junk without those components dont waste your money
