They give immediate relief from burning and itching caused by hemorrhoids. The witch hazel soothes and protects the irritated areas and it helps with the itching swelling discomfort in any other problems you may have. It's cold enough to ease the soreness, but since it contains witch hazel, it can cause a slight warming sensation. It's advisable to test it on a small area before applying it to a larger surface.

I like that the wipes come in a tub and not a rip open pack. I do however have to make sure the lid is closed all the way or the wipes will dry out.
