In fact my 7 year old had a bad tummy ache and this was the only thing I had on hand and it worked great and surprisingly quick.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these to help my colicky little one. They seem to work good. Less crankiness due to pain, and I like that! My babe also doesn't seem to mind the taste, and will take it willingly, which is a definite plus. I like that it is all natural. There's no additives of artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners. It comes in a small glass bottle and has an included small syringe clearly marked for dosage. I will be recommending this to others! If I would change anything, I would make the dispenser a dropper attached to the lid of the bottle, as syringe dispensers tend to get lost in my home, but we have extras from the pharmacy, so not a deal breaker. All in all I'd definitely recommend this to other moms!

Ever since my little one was around 2 months old I have used tummy calm. It works when the simethicone gas drops don't. Yes it's blackish in color after you shake it, but it's vegetable charcoal so that's what one would expect. It works for teething, bloating, gas and any other tummy upset. It works on all ages, I have used it for very bad stomach cramps due to lactose! My little one loves the flavor also, It took him a time or two to like it but now he loves it. Even now in kindergarten he still uses it when his tummy is upset or he has a lot of gas. Thanks tummy calm!!!

My older son has a cold and has been complaining about an upset stomach, and this has seemed to give him some fast relief. My younger son is teething, and all that extra drool has him super uncomfortable. Harder to tell with him, but it has seemed to ease some of his discomfort, particularly at night when he's trying to get to sleep. The taste is mild and slightly grapey—neither one of them mind it! (We do hold a paper towel under their chins to catch any drips as the liquid is a darkish brown and requires stain treatment to get out of clothes pre-wash :)
