I actually got this for my dog . put wrap with cheese and give it to him like Viramins works great for antioxidant.
Good enough that I have reordered multiple times. No flavor & able to swallow with relative ease.
I like that it is only 250 mg and is a pure product with no fillers.
My husband takes these and loves them. I am not sure if they work on the skin but he claims that his scalp is much less itchy when he uses these.
Turmeric can significantly reduce inflammation and a variety of problems associated with inflammation. It is the most potent dietary supplement we know of in this regard. This herb can largely increase antioxidant enzymes SOD, glutathione, and catalase. Prooxidative biomarkers and lipid peroxidation were also reduced in multiple studies.
I bought it after ordering the 60 capsules bottle. overall a very good turmeric. Sometimes taking too much form it can be a bit heavy on the stomach. But this turmeric is one of the few that is pure and without the other garbage stuff that other companies put in their capsules. I take one in the morning and one with dinner in my soy milk and a lot of times mixed with their ginger. After Reishi, turmeric is my second favorite supplement to take daily. I feels like it gives me better health, and mostly making my digestion a bit better with every week that passes, although the results are gradual and not overnight. Overall very satisfied. Just wondering what's the amount of curcumin in each capsule. Peace and health 💕
I take a supplement of Turmeric and Ginger Root for anti-inflammatory purposes. No harmful side effects like over-the-counter or prescription medication. I would encourage everyone to try these capsules for 30 days.
The product was delivered very fast, packaged as expected. As much as it was used , it seems to have a good impact and it's helping to solve the pains i'd before.
Great price but didn't realize it doesn't have black pepper for better absorption.
Turmeric is good and anti-inflammatory, but be careful about long term use and drug interactions, it can cause a lot of problems. It is also not adivised to be used by people with bile duct problems.
